Easy Stuffed Pork Chops

- 1 9 x 13 baking dish
- 1 skillet
Ingredients
- 4 pork chops 5/8 inch thick
- 2 T vegetable oil
- 3 c bread crumb stuffing
- 1/3 c butter melted
- 1/4 c onion chopped
- 1/3 c celery chopped
- 1 Granny Smith Apple chopped
- 1/2 c chicken broth
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/4 c water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°. Grease oblong baking dish.
Prepare pork chops:
- Brown pork chops in vegetable oil on both sides.
Prepare stuffing:
- Combine bread crumbs, melted butter, onion, celery, apple and 1/2 chicken broth.
- Divide stuffing into four portions. Place a mound of stuffing on each pork chop.
Prepare soup mixture:
- Gradually stir 1/4 cup water into cream of celery soup. Mix well. Pour soup mixture over pork chops.
- Bake for 1 hour.
