Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°. Grease oblong baking dish.
Prepare pork chops:
Brown pork chops in vegetable oil on both sides.
Prepare stuffing:
Combine bread crumbs, melted butter, onion, celery, apple and 1/2 chicken broth.
Divide stuffing into four portions. Place a mound of stuffing on each pork chop.
Prepare soup mixture:
Gradually stir 1/4 cup water into cream of celery soup. Mix well. Pour soup mixture over pork chops.
Bake for 1 hour.
