Method
For the Slaw:
- Break Ramen noodles into pieces.Combine cabbage, green onions, frozen peas, sliced almonds, sunflower seeds, Ramen noodles.
For the Dressing:
- Combine vinegar, oil, sugar and flavor packet from Ramen noodles. Blend well.
- Toss Dressing with slaw mixture.
- NOTE: I prefer adding Ramen noodles just before serving so they don't get soggy.
