Crunchy Coleslaw

This crunchy coleslaw is a fantastic twist on the ordinary β€” a vibrant mix of cabbage, green onions, peas, and crunchy toppings like sliced almonds, sunflower seeds, and crushed Ramen noodles. Tossed in a sweet and tangy cider vinegar dressing with a savory boost from the Ramen seasoning, it’s the perfect side for picnics, potlucks, or any casual meal.

Tip for Preparing Crunchy Coleslaw:

For the best crunch, add the crushed Ramen noodles just before serving. If mixed in too early, they can soften in the dressing and lose their signature crisp texture.

Serving Suggestion:

This crisp and flavorful coleslaw pairs perfectly with grilled meats, pulled pork sandwiches, or fried chicken. It’s also a standout side at potlucks, picnics, and summer barbecues β€” light, refreshing, and always one of the first dishes to disappear!
