Ingredients
  

  • 5 egg whites
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1 c coconut
  • 3 c cornflakes
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1 t baking powder
  • 1 c pecans optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Beat egg whites until stiff. Add vanilla and stir to blend.
  3. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl.
  4. Fold egg whites into dry ingredients.
  5. Drop by spoonful onto ungreased cooking sheet. Bake for about 15 minutes.
