- Preheat oven to 350°
- Beat egg whites until stiff. Add vanilla and stir to blend.
- Combine dry ingredients in large bowl.
- Fold egg whites into dry ingredients.
- Drop by spoonful onto ungreased cooking sheet. Bake for about 15 minutes.
