Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°. Coat casserole dish with cooking spray.Brown pork sausage and onion. Drain and set aside.Peel and slice potatoes to make about 6 cups. Boil potatoes until just tender. Drain reserving 1/2 cup of the water.Combine potato water, milk and cream of celery soup in large bowl or pot. Add sausage, onion and potatoes. Gently stir to combine. Pour in 4 quarter casserole and dot with butter.Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until top is lightly brown and bubbly.
