Potato Sausage Casserole

Equipment

  • 4 quart casserole dish

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork sausage
  • 6 potatoes medium
  • 1 onion small
  • 1 1/2 c milk
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/4 c butter

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°. Coat casserole dish with cooking spray.
    Brown pork sausage and onion. Drain and set aside.
    Peel and slice potatoes to make about 6 cups. Boil potatoes until just tender. Drain reserving 1/2 cup of the water.
    Combine potato water, milk and cream of celery soup in large bowl or pot. Add sausage, onion and potatoes. Gently stir to combine. Pour in 4 quarter casserole and dot with butter.
    Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until top is lightly brown and bubbly.
