Ingredients
  

  • 1 pie shell
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 3/4 c powdered sugar
  • 1/2 c peanut butter
  • 1/4 c milk
  • 8 oz whipped cream cool whip or make your own
  • 2 T chopped peanuts optional

Equipment

  • 1 Kitchenaid mixer

Method
 

  1. Bake pie crust according to package instructions. I like Marie Calendar crust but it has more calories.

  2. Beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, peanut butter and milk.

  3. Fold in whipped cream

  4. Turn into baked pie shell and top with 2T chopped peanuts (Optional)
