Ingredients
  

  • 1 pie crust 9" deep dish
  • 4 c strawberries sliced
  • 1 1/2 c water
  • 3/4 c sugar
  • 2 T cornstarch
  • 1 3 oz pkg strawberry gelatin
  • whipped topping

Method
 

  1. Bake pie crust according to instructions on package and let cool. Fill pie crust with sliced strawberries. Combine remaining ingredients and cook until clear and syrupy. Pour over berries. Chill overnight or until firm.
